VAYRIV does not currently process direct website purchases. The first sales channel is Amazon India.

Amazon India purchases

Returns, replacements and refunds for orders purchased on Amazon India will be handled according to the applicable Amazon listing and marketplace policies shown to the customer at the time of purchase.

Future direct purchases

Before direct checkout is introduced on vayriv.com, VAYRIV will publish a dedicated return, replacement and refund policy for those orders.
